For the full week of Sky Ranch Family Camp, it's a single price for the entire family: $2,500 for a one-bedroom cabin and $2,900 for a two-bedroom cabin. Payment schedule:
· Initial deposit of $200 due with registration.
· $400 payment due December 1.
· $400 payment due February 1.
· Full tuition due by April 1.
· Flexible payment plans can be requested through our registration department.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Sky Ranch offers a 30-day grace period for each registration if made before April 1, 2012. During that time, all deposits are fully refundable. If registration is cancelled for any reason after the grace period the following schedule of cancellation fees will apply:
·Cancellations before December 1 and more than 30 days after registration: 100% refund less $200 cancellation fee.
·Cancellations before February 1 and more than 30 days after registration: 100% refund less $400 cancellation fee.
·Cancellations before April 1 and more than 30 days after registration: 100% refund less $800 cancellation fee.
·Cancellations on or after April 1: All monies paid are non refundable.
All payments are non-transferrable. Payments made cannot be transferred to another family. If a family’s account falls behind in the payment schedule that family may be placed on the waiting list.
Military Family Camp
Due to the extreme popularity of the military family week, a $100 deposit is required to hold a family's registration.
The deposit will be fully refunded when the family arrives at family camp. If a family cancels more than 30 days prior to the event and Sky Ranch is able to fill all military scholarship positions with other military families, the deposit will be refunded in full. The deposit is non-refundable if a family cancels 30 days or less prior to the event for any reason other than military commitment.
Please understand a deposit is required, even though you are receiving a scholarship, so Sky Ranch can ensure the donor's request to fill the available cabins is achieved and to avoid late cancellations that can not be filled.
